Building & Fencing Poles

Building poles are an essential part of the construction world, whether for supporting cables, building or landscaping. The wooden poles have lower electrical conductivity, guaranteeing safety and less risk of disconnection of electrical networks if compared to the metal and concrete poles. Wooden poles, when correctly treated, also adapt to different climatic and atmospheric conditions.

They provide both vertical and horizontal structural support. This is a simplified building technique adapted from the labour-intensive traditional timber framing technique. It uses large poles or posts buried in the ground or on a foundation to provide the vertical structural support and girds to provide horizontal support.
